1. Third-Party Infrastructure Failures & Cloud Outages
CheckMyWarranty relies on top-tier cloud providers (Supabase, AWS). While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for downtime, data delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party cloud outages, ISP failures, or regional network blocks.
2. Data Loss Disclaimer & User Backup Responsibility
WARNING: You are solely responsible for maintaining physical backups or alternative digital copies of your warranties, receipts, and Vault documents. CheckMyWarranty Private Limited expressly disclaims liability for any data loss, corruption, or inability to access your documents due to infrastructure failure or app bugs.
3. Reminder Delivery Disclaimer
Push notifications and SMS are best-effort delivery mechanisms. We are not liable for missed warranty deadlines, financial losses, or expired coverage resulting from delayed or undelivered reminders.
4. Business Discontinuation & Insolvency
In the unlikely event that CheckMyWarranty Private Limited shuts down the service, enters liquidation, or becomes insolvent, we invoke an Export-Before-Closure policy. We will attempt to provide users a 30-day notice period to export their data via the App. After this period, all systems will be securely wiped. We hold no liability for the discontinuation of the Service.
