    1. Data Breach Notification

    In the event of a confirmed data breach exposing Personal Identifiable Information (PII), CheckMyWarranty Private Limited will notify affected users and the relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., EU Supervisory Authorities, Indian CERT-In, California Attorney General) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as mandated by GDPR and DPDPA.

    2. Security Incident Response

    We maintain a strict internal incident response playbook encompassing Containment, Eradication, Recovery, and Post-Incident Review.
